Terms
These terms cover orders from gizmoots.shop. The seller is ELEVARESTUDIO LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company, doing business as Gizmoots ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
What you're buying
Each Gizmoots Series 1 blind box is $16 and holds one random figure out of six, on a numbered base, plus a collector card. Some boxes hold a rare gold or glow chase version, and there is a secret seventh figure. Every figure is 3D printed and finished by hand in Connecticut, so small variations are normal.
It's random. You can't choose a figure, and buying several boxes does not guarantee a full set or a chase. You can order up to 12 boxes per order. Wave 1 is limited to 120 boxes.
Pre-order and ship-by date
This is a pre-order. Your card is charged in full when you place the order. We will ship by the date shown at checkout.
If we can't ship by that date, we'll email you before it with a new date and your choice to wait or cancel for a full refund.
- If the new date is within 30 days of the original and we don't hear from you, we'll treat that as agreeing to wait.
- If the new date is more than 30 days later, or we can't give one, your order is cancelled and refunded unless you tell us, before the original date, that you want to wait. If you agree to wait without a set date, you can still cancel any time before it ships.
- If we need to delay again after that, your order is cancelled and refunded unless you tell us you still want to wait.
Refunds go back to your card within one billing cycle.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. Email owner@elevarestudio.co with your order email.
Payment and tax
Payment is processed by Square. You enter your card in Square's own field; we never see or store your card number. Orders shipping to Connecticut include 6.35% Connecticut sales tax on the items and shipping. We don't add sales tax for orders shipping to other states.
Shipping
We ship to US addresses only, by USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. The shipping rate is priced live at checkout through EasyPost, and your label is made with the address you give us, so please check it.
Returns, damage and wrong items
Because figures are random, we can't take returns or exchanges because you didn't get the one you wanted.
If your order arrives damaged, or you got the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a refund.
Gizmoots are collectibles, not toys for young kids.
Our designs
The Gizmoots characters, names, artwork and figures belong to us. Buying a figure doesn't give you the right to copy or sell the designs.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. The terms in effect when you placed your order apply to that order.
