Privacy
Gizmoots is a brand of ELEVARESTUDIO LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company ("we", "us"). This page explains what we collect when you order and what we do with it. The short version: we only use your details to fill your order.
What we collect
- Your email address and name
- Your shipping address
- Your order details: what you bought, how many, the amount, the shipping method and tax
We never see or store your card number. You type it into Square's own payment field, and it goes straight to Square.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to take payment, ship and email you about your order:
- Square, to process your payment. Square's payment field may use its own cookies or device data to prevent fraud, under Square's privacy policy.
- Supabase, which hosts our order database.
- EasyPost and USPS, to price shipping and make your label. They receive your name and shipping address.
- Our email provider, to send your order confirmation and shipping notices.
Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google, like the services that serve this site, receives basic technical details such as your IP address and browser when a page loads.
What we don't do
- No analytics or tracking
- No cookies set by us
- No ads or ad pixels
- No selling or renting your information
- No mailing list. We only email you about your order.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require us to keep them.
Your choices
Email owner@elevarestudio.co to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will delete anything we don't need to keep for tax and accounting records, and tell you what we kept and why.
Children
Gizmoots are collectibles, not toys for young kids. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has ordered, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this page, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use details you already gave us, we'll email you first.
